It was okay but a little overpriced for this economy, and its off season for Florida, I won't stay there again because I know the area, and there are much better deals in that area.

Great spot, nice outdoor deck with dining. Room was great for extended stay w/ kitchenette and decent size. would have liked complimentary teas along with the coffee for non coffee drinker.

Cleaning staff was very intent on waking you up early even though they are not going to clean the room.

I went with two teenagers and an 11 year old. We got a suite so the two teenage girls could enjoy the bedroom area. The high pitched sound in the lobby areas is so bad that you can't stand to be in there. ...read more

Solo Traveler
The front desk staff was welcoming and very efficient. When we got to our room it was clean and very well appointed. The food in the restaurants was very good, the food in the steak house is excellent. while at the pool bar we ordered food and while it was served in to go boxes the quality was still excellent. Service in all locations was superb. "GREAT PLACE" Holiday Inn Harbor side and Jimmy Guana's Bar and restaurant. Don't forget "The Brew masters Steak House" great steak and seafood. ...read more

Poorly lit parking, moldy odors, door didn't shut, no elevator to suites, dangerous staircase, no beach view, outdated interior decor, unacceptable conditions.
